problems with msn messenger and yahoo mail

for some reason i can't use these things with look n stop turned on

i imported all the rules for msn messenger but it can't connect...
as for yahoo mail i can login to my user from the browser but when i try to view the inbox it just hangs and doesn't load anything...

anybody know how to fix this?

Is there something in the Look 'n' Stop logs ?
Could you verify if the problem is coming from the internet filtering or the application filtering ?
