He's posting on Usenet groups and PCBanter, sometimes with abusive content also, and all of these go against the Usenet terms of service. With the help of those that notified me, I am filing a formal complaint to his ISP, Interland, in hopes of severing his internet service. Interland has responded that other vendors of unauthorized hosting by pcbutts1 need to also file a formal complaint for anything to be done about it.
If anyone knows anyone personally associated with any of these apps, please alert them and urge them to file. " }-
