NOD set up to Blackspears recommendations, latest updates etc

Scan in normal mode and remove...

Scan in safe mode and remove...

Run hijackthis, various antispyware progs (all updated), disconnect the internet, reboot...

And the bloomin thing just keeps coming back

Any suggestions anyone?

i had this myself, just disabled temporary system restore, and got a full in depth scan through safe mode, that did it.
