uninstall screen saver

I have been trying to uninstall a screen saver and when i run uninstall I get a message that it cannot open the install file.
What causes this and how do get rid of the screen saver.

I moved your question here, where it will get the attention it deserves.
Is this a very special screensaver you´re having problems with or just a file that gets started when called for?
In the latter case removing the file/folder should not leave too much rubble behind.
Did you check if it is listed in Add/Remove Software?

This screen saver is from Freeze.com
Yes it is in the add/remove program list.
That is the progam that I used to try uninstall.
Can I just delete this out manually?

Hi Frank,

You can check the folder of the program if there is a uninstall.exe or similar.
And you´ll have to remove the startup manually, but I don´t see any problems in removing the folder.
But maybe someone who has used it himself will come along.
