Can I submit file via NOD32?

Can I use "Submit file for analysis" if it is diferent extension that it is offered there?

WHat else should I do to make sure experts will receive that file as soon as possible?

Send the sample to either (sample@nod32.com) or (samples@nod32.com).

Yep, if it's something that needs to be handled urgently use either of the aforementioned emails rather than the submission feature built in NOD32 so that your sample doesn't get lost among several thousands files submitted to us every day.
