I am using ATI 9.0 Build 2289. I have two internal SATA 80gig drives. My system is on the C: drive which also has a partician/logical drive. I put a Secure Zone on the D: (the second phyical HDD) which otherwise had no partician. The D: drive was formated for the full size NTSF. I thought that puting my C: image in a secure zone on a second internal physical drive would add some protection against corruption or tampering. When I attempt to crate the image in the secure zone on the D: drive I get an error message that says I do not have the proper "permissions" "Access Denied". I am able to create the C: image outside the secure zon on the D: drive.
Using WindowsXP Professional and McAfee Internet Security both of which have messed with my mind when installing and using various software just in case that helps troubleshoot.
Is it necessary to use a secure zone on a second internal HDD?
If not necessary, is it advisable to use a secure zone on a second internal HDD?
If so, what am I doning wrong?
