I'm not sure how to find keys in my registry to add to MJ Regwatcher, where is the key located for changing the I.E homepage, I would like to monitor this and also a few other keys.

Most of the Values you want to protect will be here:-

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

HKU\Default\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

It's probably a good idea to search Regedit to find any other IE keys that need protecting.
