Problems with NAV 2005 Updates

Running liveupdate after installtion of NAV 2005 for the first time, all updates were downloaded and installed successfully except just 2 items namely:
1)Symantec Security Software update
2)Norton Antivirus

Where liveupdate informed me that they were not installed and by clicking on the "Details" button, i got this screen which was not clear 4 me 2 know what's wrong

Try running liveupdate again. sometimes if there are multiple downloads that will interfer with proper instalation it will have you download again to get the rest of the updates. It is not real common but I have had it happen a couple of times.
