Can't register to private forum

Can't register - the Access Key and Username you entered do not correspond, please go Back.

I entered the Full name and key as presented when I opened the link from TDS. So how do I get it to recognize them?

This happens a lot it seems as it happened to me too.

Easiest way to fix it is to e-mail support ( support@diamondcs.com.au ), give them your registration infomation (be sure you give them your full name you registered with) and they will probably get back to you in 24 hours or less.

That took care of my problem and I hope it helps you as well.

I go via the TDS console which brings you to a special page and that's the one to bookmark.
The fields to enter are case sensitive.
You can't use a nickname, just the official name you registered with, for which some choices are indicated to use in the forum.
(the full John Paul Doe from Here to There, John P. Doe, John D. , JohnD, JDoe, JPDoe, whatever........)

Jooske, that is exactly what I did. But when I tried to log in, it said my username was wrong? I then tried to register and when I tried to submit the form, I received the above error?
