Password Problem at D/L site

Speaking of Username/Password problems, I've been unable to D/L ndntenst.exe at http://www.nod32.com/download/download.htm
even though I've got my ESET receipt e-mail in front of me and have typed my username and password in numerous times.

I'm very puzzled; is it a problem with the WinXP password dialogue? Does ESET have an FTP site I can use?

Obviously it is an IE 6 problem (probably some goofy setting), since I had no problem at all with Netscape
