User Name & Password

I had my user name a password saved to a CD along with NOD 32 but the CD has become un-usable. How can I get another copy of my user name and password please?

Drop the (re)seller an email, explaining what has happened. In case you feel like it, drop me an email, coming with the original Eset confirmation email as for user name and password, and I'll do my upmost to help you out ;).

Hi, thats the problem, I no longer have the e-mail as it is that, that was on the CD and I can no longer get the CD to read. I downloaded and paid for NOD 32 from the NOD web-site and therefore have no reseller.....:(

hi paul, i live in australia, last time i lost my u/p i had to pay A$10.00 to have them sent to me from aus nod32 website, i was wondering if i send an email to them regarding the issuse of u/p, will i get charged again?

the sad thing is, i formated my pc about 4 month ago, i did back up the original email which was sent to me from nod32, but i can no longer find the disc.... :-[ i'm now trying to upgrade to version 2.5, what should i do?
