Hi Martin,
it seems to be related to the topic we discussed here. (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=10230)
I'd recommend you to contact your ISP with this issue.
Thx.,

Martin,
As I wrote you in private via IM:
Do you have perhaps a friend with the same ISP?
If so: ask him/her to try to ping that Eset site.
If he/she too cannot ping it, then we know the culprit is with your ISP.

Happy to ear an end to your problems :)
If it happens again, this may be a problems connecting to sun.uid0.sk
Try to ping the ip address directly : 62.168.97.102 and see if it works
if it works you may try to create/modify the hosts file and add the following line :
62.168.97.102 sun.uid0.sk
The hosts file should be in the Windows directory. It is a file named Hosts without any extensions. If it does not exist create it with Notepad but be carefull when saving the file without extention. Select all file in the drop down before saving or notepad will add .txt automaticaly.
