Computer Hangs Before restore

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem with both versions 8.0 and 9.0.
When I boot the PC with the rescue media, it boots ok, but when I command the computer to restore, it starts analyzig my drives, and then just HANGS...

I really don't know what can cause this.
