Outlook Express Global Hook after Windows Update

I wasn't getting any wanings before yesterdays update

Below is the warning message thats being generated now.
Anyone have the same problem ?

It's always happened to me whenever I click on the menu bar. I just gave OE the permissions.

Likewise, it always happened to me when clicking on the menu bar.

Another common alert I get is that PG stopped a process from creating a Global Mouse Hook when that process opens that standard File Open/Save dialog, although this does not seem to happen every time.
