How do you stop websites from adding to your bookmark list automatically? ;D

You need to:

(a) make sure your browser settings are as tight as they can be without impinging upon your web-browsing experience too much (you never stated what browser you're using)
(b) Generally-speaking, having programs such as IE-SPYAD, or other 'hosts' file type programs will help by blocking malicious sites to start with (using S.Martins' hosts file or SpyBlocker, for instance)
(c) Get HTAstop and use it, better yet, get a good script-control program such as ScriptSentry, ScripTrap, ScriptDefender, etc
(d) Disable WSH
