I cannot seem to find out how to upgrade from v.8 to v.9. I have emailed Acronis 3 times and have had not response. I understand that upgrades are fee the first year.

Help!

You just purchase the upgrade to true image 9.0 which is $29.99 and when you install you input the true image 9.0 SN + Previous Version SN

use this Upgrade link

Acronis gave free upgrades to V. 9 only to people who purchased V. 8 between August 21 and September 20, 2005.

I qualified for the free upgrade, but have not actually used it yet... 8 works fine for me... May give 9 a try when the dust settles.... and a good build comes out...

Great......I downloaded v.9 and installed it. Now how do I get v.8. I am not interested at this point in purchasing v.9....

As I understand you want to get back to version 8.0. Well, then please create an account at: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/registration/
then log in at: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/
and use your serial number to register your software in the Products Registration section of your account.

After registering the software please download and install the latest build (937) of Acronis True Image 8.0 which is always available at: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/
