Unable to update EWIDO 3.5?

Hi i am unable since last week to update EWIDO 3.5 Free (version #1417)?,it comes up with when i press START:-
update started
connecting to ewidi.net

And thats when it stays?,never updates i have tried every day and at different time day and night still same p roblem?-any ideas on this problem?,never had any problems updating before.

Try to delete everyting inside the signatures folder in the Ewido folder in program files. Then update. :)

Thanks DON your advice sorted that problem out!!!.
Just to say i received a reply back from ewido on this problem tonight same time as receiving your e-mail on it- and within 2 hours posting to them!!-they advised downloading a tool which clears out all the signatures in ewido in an instant.
