Anyone have a clue what the error messages mean? I've tried to make 3 incrementals and all three finished with 'errors'.. then it says click on the details to find the error.. which leads to another message that says, 'Finished with errors" and a number.. which is unsearchable?? Hello???
Not very impressive at all.. Pretty hard to promote this to my clients the way it is...
Plus watch yourself.. if you make a full image and it won't fit into your 'secure zone' it will erase everything but the last full backup..with no warning? suuuure seems to me the way to go is to decide the size it needs for the back up then determine if there's enough room then warn you BEFORE fore it starts deleting images at will? I lost a very much needed backup becasue fo this thing!!!
Just my two cents...

Hello Bruce,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We are really sorry for the inconveniences. First of all please make sure that you use the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.0. (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/updates/) In order to get access to updates you should register account (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/registration/) on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/products/registration/). If the problem remains please save the log file of the operation when you create the incremental backup (Tools -> Show Log -> Save) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.
As regards your second problem, you should not get any warning messages. Please note that Acronis Secure Zone has the following rules for managing backups:
If there is not enough free space in Acronis Secure Zone to create a backup (either full or incremental), then Acronis True Image deletes the oldest full backup with all subsequent incremental backups.
If there is only one full backup (with subsequent incremental backups) left and full backup is in progress, then this only full backup (with subsequent incremental backup images) is deleted.
Otherwise (only one full backup left, and incremental backup is in progress) you will get out of space error. In this case you will have to either create full backup or increase the Acronis Secure Zone size.
You can always check how much free space left in Acronis Secure Zone on the second page of the Manage Acronis Secure Zone wizard.
Thank you.

One SHOULD get messages BEFORE TI deletes anything because lack of space. Existing backups may be much mor eimportant to preserve than teh one to be created !
I would suggest :
- warn about low/insufficient space ( as does "the other" !!)
- allow for either
cancel current operation
erase and continue ( show what will be erased ! and ask
for confirmation)
provide an option to move previous backups to another place
outside secure zone ( btw this option should exist by
itself !!! not being able to access SZ backups for burning
is an error to me) :'(
